Friend Crush Pre-Order Policy

Thank you for supporting Friend Crush! Pre-ordering allows Amber to bring new designs to life, it means so much that you're here early!

Because pre-orders work differently from regular purchases, please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

1. How Pre-Orders Work

When you place a pre-order, you are purchasing an item that is not yet in stock. Your payment will be collected at the time of checkout.

We use pre-order funds to produce the items you've ordered. This allows us to:

  • Avoid overproducing and wasting materials

  • Fund small, limited batch runs

  • Keep our prices fair for everyone

Once production is complete, your order will ship to you as soon as possible.

2. Estimated Shipping Dates

Shipping is estimated to begin in October, 2026. You will be given email updates while production is underway.

Please note:

  • These are estimates only, not guarantees

  • Production delays can sometimes happen (materials, factory schedules, shipping)

  • If delays occur, we will promptly notify you by email 

We add a 2–3 week buffer to our estimates to account for unexpected issues. Most orders ship earlier than estimated.

3. Cancellations

You may cancel your pre-order for a full refund under the following conditions:

Within 14 days of placing your order 100% refund
After 14 days, but before production has started 100% refund
After your order has shipped No cancellation — please see our Refund Policy

To request a cancellation, email us at hello@friendcrush.club with your order number and "CANCEL PRE-ORDER" in the subject line.

4. Returns & Refunds (After Receiving Your Item)

Once you receive your pre-ordered item, our standard return policy applies:

  • Change of mind: At this time we cannot process returns or refunds for change of mind.

  • Damaged or defective item: We will replace or refund the item at no cost to you. Please email photos of the damage within 7 days of delivery.

We do not offer free returns for change of mind on pre-ordered items, as these items were produced specifically for your order.

5. Address Changes

You may update your shipping address at any time before your order has shipped.

To change your address, email us at hello@friendcrush.club with your order number and "UPDATE ADDRESS" in the subject line.

We cannot change addresses once your order has been sent to our warehouse for fulfillment.
